Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment & Processing

All orders are fulfilled from our Montreal, Canada facility and are shipped exclusively via UPS.
Orders are generally fulfilled and shipped the same day or following business day (Monday – Friday), with the exception of recognized Canadian holidays.

When placing your order, you may select from any UPS Shipping options available for your residence.

FREE Shipping with UPS

UPSStandard shipping is typically delivered maximum 10 days from shipment confirmation. Delay determined by your location in the USA and Canada


Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will received an email containing your UPS Tracking Information.

If you need any assistance with your order, place contact us immediately via email at: customerservice@dogmedlaser.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
